Ivanhoe Neighborhood

For the class Visual Advocacy, the seniors, including myself, get to investigate some problems and the state of the Ivanhoe Neighborhood in Kansas City, MO. I'm really excited to get involved and turn framing problems into problem solving with my design work.

Here are some questions for an interview being conducted tomorrow I came up with:

– Is there a daily problem most people seem to be effected by in the community?
– What do children usually do for fun or entertainment in the area?
– Do you think the promotion of living in Ivanhoe in a positive light would improve crime rates?
– What kind of business do you think would help improve the interaction of neighbors?
– Is there an event where neighbors can collectively meet?
– How do people usually travel throughout the neighborhood?
