Creating An Icon // Phase 1

The first part of phase I was to study each of the objects we were going to be creating into an icon. Everything from details of the object to different angles. More importantly, I also studies the indexes and symbols or each icon as well. Below is a collection of my objects, kept in a binder and used for reference to create iconic drawings.

The drawings below are result of the second part of phase one. In the photo, all of the drawings demonstrated are either intuitive drawings, intentional drawings, or linear simplification drawings. The intentional drawings are the "realistic" looking ones. The linear simplification drawings are any of the drawings done on the lighter tracing paper. The intuitive drawings are the other ones.
